We stand behind our guides with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a guide does not make your trip better, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you. We may decline refund requests that appear to abuse this policy.
Our guides and content are for general information and inspiration. Travel details change often, including hours, prices, road and trail conditions, closures, and safety conditions. Always verify current information with official sources before you go, and travel responsibly and at your own risk. We are not responsible for third-party businesses, attractions, or conditions mentioned in our content, or for decisions you make based on it.
